Excellent location, close to key attractions and amenities. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was good, offering a tasty selection of food to start the day. one particular female staff member was very helpful, providing assistance whenever needed.
The bed and sofa in the room were uncomfortable, making it difficult to get proper rest. The bathroom's shower had a drainage issue, causing water to pool and not drain off properly.

The hotel is situated in a very good area, with excellent location and easy access to nearby attractions. It offers a decent breakfast at Pilvax Rest and has a helpful female staff. the rooms have comfortable beds and sofas to relax in.
The staff could improve their approachability and responsiveness to guests' needs, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

We had a wonderful stay here at this hotel. The location is excellent, situated in a very good area. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with one particular female staff member being especially helpful. The room amenities were impressive including air conditioning, a spacious sitting area, dressing area, dining table, and even a washing machine. The television in the room was a nice touch, and we loved the parquet floor. The dining restaurant offered a delightful experience, with an outdoor dining area that added to the charm. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The facilities, including Wi-Fi, were great, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The area where the hotel was located was really cool. I enjoyed being close to some of the best attractions in the city. Plus, the breakfast was tasty, and the staff serving the food were nice people. Best aspects: What I loved the most about this hotel was the comfortable beds, and also that they had a really superb Wi-Fi connection available. Another benefit that caught my attention was the fact that there were plenty of options for shopping nearby.
the bathroom was dirty when I arrived, which wasn't pleasant.
